Easter Cards Messages

Let Your Light Shine

You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world.
God is not a secret to be kept.
We’re going public with this, as public as a city on a hill.
If I make you light-bearers,
you don’t think I’m going to hide you under a bucket, do you?
I’m putting you on a light stand.
Now that I’ve put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine!
Keep open house; be generous with your lives.
By opening up to others, you’ll prompt people to open up with God,
this generous Father in heaven.

Matthew 5:14-16 The Message

There is Hope

Where there were questions,
Jesus came along and answered them-
Yes, I love you.
Yes, there's hope.
Yes, all things are possible
in peace, in rest...in Me.

-Trieste Van Wyngarden

Celebrating the awesome Yes of Jesus...
and praying you're blessed by His joy and love
at Easter and always.

All of God's promises have been fulfilled in Christ
with a resounding "Yes!"

The Hope of Heaven

Only Christ can walk with us through the darkness
and bring us into the light of a new dawn.
Only Christ can give us hope and certainty
that one day we will understand more clearly
the things that are mysteries to us now.
Roy Lessin

Jesus is the Lighthouse that draws us toward the hope of heaven.
He lights our way to paths of righteousness.

Scripture:
Whoever follows Me...will have the light of life.
John 8:12 NIV

Jesus Calling

I am the Resurrection and the Life;
all lasting Life emanates from Me.

People search for life in many wrong ways:
chasing after fleeting pleasures,
accumulating possessions and wealth,
trying to deny the inevitable effects of aging.

Meanwhile I offer abundant Life to everyone who turns toward Me.
As you come to Me and take My yoke upon you, I fill you with My very Life.
This is how I choose to live in the world and accomplish My purposes.
This is also how I bless you with Joy unspeakable and full of Glory.
The Joy is Mine, and the Glory is Mine;
but I bestow them on you as you live in My Presence,
inviting Me to live fully in you.

Excerpt from Jesus Calling, by Sarah Young

Scripture:
John 11:25; Matthew 11:28-29; I Peter 1:8-9

Easter

Jesus is light...
Shattering all darkness.
He is Truth...
Silencing all doubts.
He is life...
Defeating death.

May these precious truths bring new joy and faith to your heart
as you celebrate Jesus' resurrection!

Roy Lessin

Scripture:
Jesus saith unto him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me."
John 14:6

God's Perfect Love & Amazing Grace

The greatest treasures in life begin with God's abundant goodness
in giving us the gift of a Saviour.

Praying your day is filled with good things and thankful moments -
a special time of celebrating the miracle of Easter,
with glimpses of God's perfect love and amazing grace.

Roy Lessin

Scripture:
Nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God

Thank You, Lord,

for all eternity!
